Shifting Polar 2012 in Two Ways
Because of shifting polar 2012, the Earth will undergo an abrupt and major change that will cause about 90% of human population`s life at stake. Believe it or not, both the theorists and the NASA prove the possible polar shifting in 2012. The only difference between their predictions is the severity of the effects. Sometimes, they are talking about different shifting poles, too--one is involving the Earth's magnetic field and the other is involving the Earth's crust.
For now, it's wiser to know what are the possibilities of a shifting polar 2012 as we know it. There are two ways that our Earth poles' could shift.
1. Geomagnetic Reversal.
The geomagnetic reversal is also referred to as polar shifting, polar reversal, magnetic shifting, and magnetic reversal. This is the swapping of the Earth's magnetic field. For instance, the magnetic field that is supposed to be in the North Pole swaps to the South Pole, and vice versa. Here, there is no physical swapping of the North and South Poles. But still, the effects could be physically felt when sudden and abrupt geomagnetic reversal happened.
This kind of shifting polar 2012 has happened in the past, still happening today, and will happen in the future. The average interval of every geomagnetic reversal is about 300,000 years, 5,000 years the least and 5 million years the maximum. The last recorded reversal happened about 780,000 years ago. Experts say we are already overdue for this. But this is not something we should really worry about--that is, if the reversal shifting polar 2012 happen normally.
Normally, a complete magnetic polar shifting happens within 1,000 years. The shifting is little by little until the exact Earth's magnetic field flips. But scientists have already said that this change may happen within only days, weeks, or months. This fast magnetic reversal of the poles will be deadly.
Our electronics like computers, mobile phones, and appliances might not work properly during this reversal. Airplanes and ships will not be able to travel safely. GPS, satellite, television, radio, and the Internet will not receive any signal. The scariest effect is the launching of atomic and nuclear bombs without human control.
2. Cataclysmic Polar Shift Theory.
The cataclysmic polar shift hypothesis, on the other hand, is the physical shifting of the Earth's crust. Meaning, with this kind of polar shifting, the African continent can be found in the Arctic or Antarctic continent. This too, according to experts, will take thousands of years before a complete swapping happens. The Earth's physical shifting polar 2012 will only shift little by little that humans can't even feel the change.
Cataclysmic polar shifting happens because there is a liquid metal that separates the crust from the core. This liquid makes the Earth's crust movable.
Abrupt and sudden shifting of the crust may happen only if a planet comes close to the Earth. When that happens, extreme catastrophic events like deadly earthquakes and high tsunamis will happen all at the same time.
Whatever kind of shifting polar 2012 happens, both have worst case scenarios that involve a worldwide chaos that might put millions of people's lives at risk. It's wiser to think of the worst than to foolishly think that we will be safe. There are still more theories proving that in 2012, major world destructions will happen.
